I direct your attention to this article: [link]

In a somewhat rare moment, Yahoo featured this article on a rather exceptionally muscular woman. Her name is Anna Watson from Georgia that attends the University of Georgia. And she's not just any muscular woman, she's a cheerleader. This is the sort of thing you would probably more likely see in a fictional setting. But here we see that a noticably buff woman can also make the squad. This goes to show that being muscular doesn't necessarily isolate you from certain professions and activities. It's a shame that there's the usual slandering of her physique by the online people beneath the article who have been brainwashed over the years to believe that a muscular woman is lacking in beauty. In my opinion, as I'm sure in that of many others, Anna is the sexiest woman on that cheerleading squad.

The article goes on to explain that while Anna spends a lot of time in the gym, she does so without the aid of any steroids, legal or otherwise. Being a dedicated Christian, she chooses to treat her body well. And it shows. What's more, this proves that muscle can be built to impressive sizes in a completely natural way. I don't know about anyone else, but this is one gal who has managed to serve as a beacon to the female muscle community in showing the different directions it can take you. ;)

Very interesting find and read at that! Didn't expect that, a great combination of beauty and strength!

It's not every day we (or at least I) see public articles out there that show a woman who is, yet isn't a dedicated FBB, who has the look of one all the same. ;)

A local atlanta radio DJ (near the University of Georgia) and his listeners was talking smack about her on the station's facebook page. Then her cousin posted in the thread and the DJ immediately tried to get the cousin to get her to come on the air with him.

She is a beautiful girl and a great reason to be a fan of UGA

Most of the comments I read on the article on the site, amount to "I never saw a woman how wasn't a fat lazy this or skinny lazy that" form persons who are in fact "fat lazy this or skinny lazy that". With all the vids of ladies who are sick and tired of being sick and tired, and those that decide to take it to 10+, it's impossible to be supportive of those who just dump on a young lady who does work out honestly and ends up more buff than most of the football teams players.

When she is in her 70s and they are in their 70s, and she's playing tag with her great grand kids, working out when you are young and able doesn't seem to be a bad move, does it?

She gets to wave that massive team flag on her own.

Unfortunately this article (or at least the linked one) is poorly written. I feel like there are some stats that may be off. I'm not a fitness expert in any sense of the word, but 4" in 10 months seems like a feat even for experienced bodybuilders, correct? Still, her progress is amazing, and I'm very happy that a feminine, strong woman like her was able to earn her rightful place on the squad. Awesome awesome stuff.

I'm glad you brought that up. Most of the comments that I see on there the last time I checked mention the improbability of that, and they conclude that she is a liar and a druggie. But incorrect reporting is far more likely. But I guess it's more acceptable to vilify a strong woman, than to suppose that the reporter might be incompetent (afterall, the reporter might be a man!)
